MEMBERSHIP TYPES & FEES
Jester residents can be “A” or “B” members.
Non-residents can be “A” members only.
All memberships include a key to use the pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and playground all year round. Club is always open to all members, only areas of the Club are reservable for exclusive party use. One key is included with your membership. Additional & replacement keys are $50 each. Please email the manager if you need another key.
COST TO JOIN
“A” Members resident & non-resident:
$700 initiation fee, plus $556.20 annual dues, plus 8.25% sales tax. Dues are pro-rated from January.
“B” Members residents only:
$700 initiation fee, plus $329.60 annual dues, plus 8.25% sales tax.
To qualify for a “B” membership you must be a Jester resident and meet 2 of the 3 following criteria:
1) Have an in-ground pool.
2) No one living in household under the age of 19.
3) One Jester homeowner over 55 years of age.
HOW TO JOIN

Email the Manager the following:
A family photo
Names of all family members
Ages of children
Address, email addresses, phone numbers
INVOICES GO OUT TO MEMBERS EACH JANUARY BY EMAIL
Annual dues are due January 31 each year. If your email address changes, please let the Jester Club Manager know!
DO YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP?
Inform the Jester Club Manager & return your key to the Jester Club mailbox. For members who cancelled their membership, they may rejoin Jester Club for up to 2 years by paying a reinstatement fee of $250 instead of the full initiation fee of $700. After 2 years from cancelling the Jester Club membership, to join will require paying the full $700 initiation fee.
