• Members should each have a Jester Club key and ID card with 2024 sticker (to be mailed around end of April/beginning of May).
• The lifeguards keep a current member list at the gate & will let members in if you do not have your key with you.
• SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK KEY ACCESS to pool is Year-Round daily 6am – 10pm.
• Lifeguards are on duty during summer months 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
• Valuable items found at the Club will be stored in the pump room.  Other items, if not picked up, will be donated.

JESTER CLUB POOL RULES

• Swim at your own risk.
• NO unattended children in the bathroom to maintain the cleanliness & hygiene of the bathrooms & consequently the pool.
• No one under the age of 14 will be allowed in the pool area during non-lifeguarding hours unless supervised by an adult at all times.
• Children under (7) will not be allowed to enter the fenced area AT ANY TIME unless accompanied by an adult and must be supervised while in the water.
• Lifeguards are not responsible for small children left unattended by parents in the baby pool.
• It is recommended that no one swim alone.  Swim with a partner.
• Only proper swimming attire allowed. All infants must wear public pool approved diapers.
• No running.  No Diving.  JC POOL IS VERY SHALLOW
• No glass containers.
• No dangerous horseplay.
• No water guns, tennis balls, golf balls, baseballs, or other hard balls allowed.
• Please Note: The pool rules specify that all children under seven must be accompanied by and supervised by a “responsible” adult while on the club’s property and while in the water. If your child is not water safe you must be in the water with them in the main pool – even when lifeguards are on duty.
• All children in the baby pool must be closely supervised by an adult. This means that you should be on the apron of the baby pool while the child is in the water.  Please be aware that there is a steep drop off between baby pool and the main pool.
• NO PETS are allowed in pool or playground area.
• Lifeguards are not permitted to take care of children at the pool while they are on duty. Please do not ask lifeguards to look after your children while they are at the pool.
• Guests (maximum of 5 per member family) must be accompanied by a member at all times. Do not ask lifeguards to let guests in.  Members must meet their guests at the gate and sign them in.
• If you wish to host more than 5 guests, you must reserve an area for a party.  Contact the manager to reserve.  jesterclubmanager@yahoo.com
• Deposit all litter in trash containers.  PLEASE RECYCLE!!
• No smoking inside fenced areas.
• The pool manager and lifeguards have sole authority to enforce all rules and regulations for the safety and general welfare of the membership. Pool and facility privileges may be suspended for anyone who does not follow the instructions of the pool manager or lifeguards.
• Lap lanes may be reserved via the Reserve My Court (RMC) app.  Otherwise they are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Please cancel your reservation if you know you won’t be able to make it.  Too many missed reservations will result in loss of reservation privileges.
• Swim diapers are required in the pool for children not yet toilet-trained (lifeguards can provide one from the pump room, if needed).
